Terms of service

Please read the entirety of my terms of service before proceeding with a commission with me. I won't be held responsible if you fail to acknowledge the information displayed here. By commissioning me you are accepting that you've read these terms.

· None of my work can be used in any type of block-chain technology, be it directly or indirectly.
· Credit is highly appreciated but not mandatory. If crediting, please link back to this site.
· Neither partial or complete edition of my work is authorized.
· I hold the rights to refuse taking a commission if I see it fit to do so for personal reasons.
· I only start working after a 100% upfront payment.
· Refunds are only available during the sketch phase and only a 80% of the received payment will be refunded, no exceptions.
· Every commission has 3 (three) revisions. Any revision after that will add up to $10 per revision. (Changes considered as revisions: pose, hairstyle, clothing. My own mistakes aren't included)
· After you give me the okay to the final sketch, you're no longer eligible for a refund and any modification will have an additional fee of $5 up to $50 depending on the stage of the drawing and the modification in question.
· I only take payments via PayPal Invoice, this is to protect my privacy and keep a better track of my finances and sales.

Before commissioning please read my terms of service
· I can do: females, human/heavily humanoid (please inquire), gore (inquire), animal parts (kemonomimi, horns, wings, etc), tentacles, bdsm.
· I can't do: males (this includes male parts), feral, furry (working on it tho!), mecha, animals, rape, incest, scat, vore, bestiality.
· Commission status is always updated via the client's preferred way (ych page or discord)
· If your character has no design and you only have scattered reference images/ideas, you will be charged a $20 usd character design fee.
· Please inquire about any specific kink before deciding to commission me. I may have listed what I 100% won't take, but that doesn't mean that maybe something doesn't make me comfortable and I didn't know it. I'm still just starting with NSFW pieces so please be understanding.
